my daughter was wrongfully convicted and is going to be sentenced to ten years in prison because the father of her two year old son whom had full custody of beat the baby to death and killed him tushambi evans lied to the courts on my daughter saying she was abusing the baby tushambi would tell jamela he was going to 24 hour fitness but he was really going to court behind jamela back and she didn't know tushambi begin to beat on jamela leaving bruises on her then he begin to abused the baby at ten months hitting him in the head because he wouldn't stop crying my daughter was reporting the abuse but nobody believed her then one my and my younger daughter was baby sitting tushambi jr and there was a hard knocked at the door i open the door it was the police with tushambi to take the baby i called jamela and told her what was happening and to hurry up and get here the police show her some court papers where tushambi had won custody and he took the baby my daughter went to court and filed to get her son back and told the judge that the father was abusing her and the baby the judge told her that she was lying on the father and that she was just trying to get the baby and to get out of her court so one tushambi brought the baby over to see jamela she saw a bruise on his leg she called the police to report it they told her to bring the baby to kaiser they checked but said they didn't see the bruise when the father called to pick the baby up jamela didn't answer his call because she didn't want to give the baby back because she was scared for him so tushambi called the police and said she kidnapped his son and jamela was arrested for kidnap so on march 21,2012 in stockton,ca tushambi sr and his girlfriend took tushambi jr to children hospial in oakland died and they revived him three times and he was on life support and he passed away on april 14,2012.
