    Comments: Isn't putting the mother in jail too harsh and what kind of message is our justice system giving to the public. Why should both the mother and boy suffer because the father believes the mother violated her contract. Did he ever asked his son whom he abandoned before he was born???

    Comments: It is unbelievable and unjust to jail the mother especially if the son/daughter can take her decisions as to what is more important to his/her life - after all in this case the father walked out of the family and he seems to be irresponsible and an egoist person! He can't say that he loves his son/daughter as he sought to accuse her at the law courts and thus disrupting their normal lives.
