Marlon is free because we refused to let the state get away with this crooked frame job. The Hamilton County officials finally had to face reality and stop their cover up. I will keep watching them to ensure they never try to bury another innocent person like this again.

We just hit 2,500 signatures and the Chattanooga Police Department needs to realize this isn't going away. They framed an innocent man to bury a lawsuit and keep their corruption hidden but the lid is blowing off their lies.

How can the police in this case feel confident in the evidence that was collected when the CSI could not even document the paperwork properly. Too many mistakes made by CSI. They should be ashamed of themselves, plus they were paid for that work.
Can't help but to feel that the police got it wrong this time. Not to mention, The judge was sleeping with the prosecutor overseeing Mr.Kiser's case. How is this impartial? Just another flaw that is added to a corrupt legal system in Chattanooga.
Marlon Kiser is not the person responsible for the officers death. Clearly, Mike Chattin killed the officer, because he told many people that he had done it. Yet, Mike Chattin has not been charged, or arrested to this day. Where is the justice?
I am a former district attorney, and even I am offended at the blatant disregard for this defendant's due process. From what I have seen thus far this defendant is entitled to a new trial, and in all liklihood, he'll walk away an exonerated man.
From my understanding, there are numerous hole's that do not add up within the prosecution's theories. The state of Tennessee has made a mistake by arresting this man, and proceeding to trial for a crime that another man had confessed to; Just my opinion.
This man deserves a new trial!

Mike Chattin had intimadated numerous individuals to lie on Marlon Kiser. The truth has been exposed, and they have come forward saying Mike Chattin threatened to kill them if they did'nt say Marlon did it. They say Marlon is innocent. Free this man now!
