Luis Gonzalez is serving 45 years as a result of a car jacking. He has never commited a violent crime. He is not a threat to society nor he has ever been. I believe he has paid his dues for this crime. I dont see it fair because of his lack of knowledge and his background of drug abuse tha he has to rve such a lengthy sentence. beforing rial he was offered 10yrs and just because he decided to take it to trial a was found guilty he was then senteced to serve 45 years its just ridiculous. there are murderers, rapist repeated child
