We call for the release of Jonathan May Bowles, a.k.a. Jonnie Marbles, from his prison sentence. We believe that his act of 'political theatre' was expressing a wide spread revulsion, and whatever the rights or wrongs of his actions, was not violent, & the charge of 'harassment' in the context of a man whose media has harassed so many people so grievously is more than ironic. We regard a prison sentence as completely disproportionate & note that in many other cases of similar acts no charges are brought.
