Free Jamaal Keith Porter. He has been incarcerated over 90 days now for a probation revocation that happened as a result of a probation violation. The reason for the violation was going to Florida to see his daughter. He gave this information to the probation officer Kristi Rogers-Herbst , but did not have time to get the proper paper work to get "permission to see his daughter". Jamaal also had a "positive" UA. The actual results of this UA came back "dilute"...meaning that it there was too much water and creatine in the sample to give certain results. No follow up UA was given. Jamaal is an active member in the community, participating in activities such as The March of Dimes, Big Brothers and Big Sisters, and various Chamber of Commerce functions. Jamaal's job and most importantly his children need him out of jail and back to things as usual. He has been a model inmate and deserved to be let go. Sign this petition if you agree.
