So today I'm creating a petition to free digi Dan. A man who records street theatre. He is an amazing guy on the videos they create. He's from an amazing team on youtube called "Trollstattion" Now he has been sentenced 9months jail as a penalty for doing pranks. I'd like to add he shouldn't be sentenced due to them using a CAD number witch was authorised by the police to do. People say it's wrong for what the video showed him prancing about a bomb in a bag but having reasearched on YouTube myself there are many videos of this kind and they were not sentenced for there prank. So why is it ok for some but not another? As I see it he has been refused his freedom and refused his human rights witch is key as it's illegal to take away there human rights now the court and police have done so. So can I ask the public and courts one thing, when you were children or younger did you not prank or do social expire nets with friends and family, think about it if you have your letting Dan do prison for a PRANK it's not really serious. So if that's the case if a kid goes and gets a fake chewing gum packet which gives someone an electric shock there going to get arrested 9months, well best start shutting down the prank and joke shops. Now I'd also like to add everyone who said it went to far off what is going on in the world and country at the minute let me say your wrong. When he went over to the public if was actually targeted they just wanted to give a bit of theatre to you if they got scared fair enough to but didn't he then say after its recorders to the person it was a joke. The thing is your only seeing the prank your not seeing them tell them it's a prank.

So Let's Re consider the sentence and let him off and say not to do that type of prank.
