I support David Dull # 291-601 being released from prison. I believe Mr. Dull deserves released based upon the following: *Minor role in offense; *His cooperation with the state which assisted in the conviction of co-offender with greater culpability . *His lack of prior criminal history(adult-juvenile). *His outstanding institutional record. *His widespread family and community support *His clear demonstration of being remorseful and accepting responsibility for his actions. *His amount of time already incarcerated (228 months) as of September,2012.
