Cornealious Anderson was sentenced to 13 years in prison for armed robbery in 2000. He was told that he would be told when to report to prison but those orders never came. Cornealious Anderson lived for 13 years as a model citizen. He got married, had children, and even started his own business. Cornealious Anderson never ran from the law, changed his name or his habits. Then one day in July of 2013 the Missouri S.W.A.T team show up at his house and arrested him because the Missouri Correctional system realized the clerical error. Now after 13 years of living a clean life, raising a family, and owning his own business he has all this snatched from him because the state of Missouri failed to do its job in the first place.
