I think free college should be given to everyone in their first semester, or anyone attending college their first time. Those people that have good grades and pass their classes should receive free college continuously, those that slack off or have bad grades, will not be able to benefit from free college. If the people who slack off wants to continue with their education they will then have go though the stresses of applying for financial aid, and student loans. free college will only include free classes and free books. But only to those who are committed to their studies will continue to benefit from free college, but all first time college students will get free school. What you guys & gals think?
