    Comments: At the end of the day the conductor fcuked up. Ok 5 years is an awfully long stretch for what was essentially him throwing a strop, Cheesed off with drunken arsewipes giving him grief all shift and some silly little girl who is pissed and high as a kite but he gave the ready to start signal to his driver when clearly it was not safe to depart that station. As people have said a lot more people also contributed to the kid dying that night, her parents, her friends, the adults whos house she was falling about in but Mr Mc Gee also played a big part in this sad and sorry night

    Comments: such a sad situation ... The poor man was doing his job... The poor girl was the worse for drink etc...It only takes a split second for a tragedy to happen.. That poor man will live with this for the rest of his life ... and the poor girls parents will live without their daughter for the rest of their lives ... Everyones a loser in this tragic accident ... I think Chris has suffered enough now, and will continue to do so in the future...

    Comments: Although I truly feel sorry that the family lost their daughter, they can honestly hold Mr McGee 100% accountable for their daughter's drunken actions. She should not have been 3 times over the limit at 16 years old. Her friends should also have been looking out for her and I truly believe the parents reaction is shock at what happened whilst they were out of the country. I truly hope Mr McGee is freed and able to peacefully live his life. Not sure how the jury found him guilty when all the evidence shows it was a terrible accidental death.
