Comments: I'm horrified at the injustice of this case. We all take responsibility within our job roles but cannot imagine Chris can be made to take full blame for this tragedy when the girl wad very drunk and on drugs. Can the authorities truly say that this was not just a tragic accident.

Comments: With being an Ex guard there are lots of things management pass the buck on... More Police and a new law which states if your drunk (whatever the age) you take the responsability of your actions not the train crew. Chris did not wake up that morning knowing what was going to happen. If he had I am sure he would of rolled over and gone back to sleep. Knowbody wanted this but why does an innocent man have to take the wrap for an underage drunk and drugged up youth.

Comments: To hold this man responsible for a young girls unfortunate death is appalling. taking drugs and drinking alcohol is a cocktail only ever destined for disaster. a series of consecutive events is responsible - not Christopher mcgee .
