    Comments: feel he has been made a scapegoat for a lot of things that were wrong on that night. Yes he had a duty of care, but she also had a duty to behave herself. Itis a terrible tragedy for Georgia and her family, my heart goes out to them but giving Christopher McGee 5 years imprisonment is so harsh and just wrong!

Why does society no longer seem to think that one should be responsible for one's own actions, and why does society always seem to seek to blame somebody else?
