    Comments: Why should a guard be responsible for an underaged drinker who was not in control of herself? Why are her parents not in any way responsible? The sentence of 5 years for an error of judgement is ridiculous.

    Comments: It appears Mr. MCGee is the skape goat here. Ms. Varley was too young to be roaming around the streets of Liverpool and certainly too young to be drinking and staggering about. Where were her parents when all this was occurring? Seems to me they share some of the blame.
