'Flask -Noun- A container or bottle, in particular' On April 15, 2013 Andy Cao was sent to ISS ( In school suspension ) in Auburn Junior High School for drinking water out of a flask. For anyone that knows Andy, the thought of him being in ISS is almost humorous. Andy is a 4.0 student and has never received a detention through his entire journey through Auburn City Schools. Those who sign this think it is appalling for anyone to receive a punishment of this degree for something as minor as what was done, seeing it is not the first time someone has been unjustly placed in ISS. We want to see Andy Cao's placement in ISS reconsidered, and it be erased from his record.
