Comments: The only real say I have as to what a government does concerning a Crown corporation is when I vote. This is a right I have in New Brunswick. For approximately $1400 dollars over five years I'm losing part of my rights forever. Bob S.

Comments: Bill; It apparent that this is not a good deal for consumers. The core problem is that NB Power is not being managed properly , it could be an asset viable for the future of the province and people.

Comments: The sale is a bad idea without more accountability to the voters and better results for the small payment we are receiving for such a vibable business such as NB Power with a great future.

Comments: Please vote against this deal as it will cost us dearly in the long run as we will be giving up our energy independence to become an energy colony of Quebec. We will vote against you in the next election should you support this deal.

Comments: The sale of NB Power is a decision for the people of NB to make. Why would we want to sell away our rights in the future of a company that could generate revenue? There surely must be great potential here or why else would Quebec Power be offering to buy? The people of New Brunswick can smell a bad deal and this is as bad as it gets. I say NO to the sale of NB Power!

Comments: Bill, you know as well as I that this deal has been a communication disaster from the start. If it is(?) a good deal, lets start again with a clean slate. There have been too many lies and way too much misinformation. Your Premier has failed in the eyes of the majority of N.B.ers. I say your premier because he certainly is not mine. A few people displayed signs by Tim Hortons in Douglastown yesterday for one hour. Approximately 2200 vehicles passed by and at least 95% showed support AGAINST this give away of our assets. Does that not tell you something?? Your constituents need your voice in Fredericton. Stop this foolishness.
