This petition's purpose is to kick start the State of Texas' need for not only more statewide inspections of hydraulic fracturing sites, but for stricter guidelines on fracking wells. This petition can hopefully shed some light upon the oil and gas companies of Texas, and how some fracking sites are slipping under the radar for unsafe collecting techniques, and improper water disposal. Let's not shut down the fracking, let's change the fracking for a bigger, brighter future for Texas!
