We call on Governor Christie and the Legislature to:

• Adopt policies and programs that will address the continuing crisis of home foreclosures, including taking immediate action to use funding that has been designated for this purpose. 
• Increase the supply of housing that is affordable to low and moderate income families and individuals, including seniors, disabled, veterans and special needs populations, by using at least 90% of the money in the state’s affordable housing trust fund.
• Ensure that the State Rental Assistance Program has a dedicated source of funding in the state budget.
