The following proposed and revised Amendment for our Constitution. A New Bill of Rights should come in order for the safety of the people of the United States of America. The new Amendment name 1A should be as rewritten as  "The Freedom of a Peaceful Religion, Press, Peaceful Expression, Ratified." 

Let it be known that Congress shall make no law, respecting an establishment of a "peaceful religion" but interject onto certain assembly to protect it's people from violent radical religion(s) to which conflicts the rights and freedoms of our citizens.

Let it be known that no religion(s) is to  violate freedom of expressing their faith through violence or public pressuring or introducing material laws written in literatures conflicting with the laws of the land. Under the rights of American citizens.

Practice the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances as long as there is no conflict of rights and freedoms.
