    Comments: facewhore is absolutly fantasic !! no doubt about it no one can question that, faceparty is a business, out to make money out to complete set targets. facewhore on the other hand is not its totally free to do any thing and it rocks so much i think its one of the best websites on the net today ! and another thing, faceparty is full of people who copy peoples pictures and pretend to be other people, facewhore has very little if none of that all its member profiles that i have seen have been original i have not seen duplicates unless they r the same person with 2 accounts. facewhore is just amazing!!! theres nothing more to say

    Comments: I much prefer Facewhore to faceparty, it's more user friendly, and has a greater array of utilities (free of charge) for its Users. The use of the word 'Face' can't seriously be grounds enough for a court case, my only thought is that Faceparty is losing users faster than a bucket of sand with no bottom in it

Greed shouldn't dominate over decency, and i don't think u can own the word face, its just ordinary competition, no different from two different soaps having soap in the title.     Comments: Fuck Faceparty. If I could close my account I would. The people on Facewhore are nicer anyway - you're lucky if you get rated once every 6 months on Faceparty, whereas you can log on to see a bunch of new ratings almost every day on Facewhore.

    Comments: Faceparty has NO grounds for a law suit, since Faceparty is an online webcommunity and Facewhore is an online picture/journal sharing site with a COMPLETLY different target audience. Faceparty are simply pissed off that someone has made another site that does its job on a no-profit basis. If "Face" is infringement, what about www.face-pic.com Their target audience is MUCH more similar and in fact the site is much more similar, leave us alone and go sue them. Facewhore has done nothing to you, leave us be.
