We, the members of the Foxboro Coventry HOA, petition the board to make an amendment to the visitor parking rule that would give members the option to purchase a parking pass that would allow residents to use the defined visitor parking areas. The following rules would apply for the pass: - Each owner is allowed to purchase only one parking pass - Each parking pass request is reviewed by the board - The owner will define the make/model of the vehicle that will be using the parking pass - The board will determine the number of available parking passes (based on available spots and visitor parking needs) - An assessment of $25 per month is added to the owners monthly HOA dues if parking pass request is approved
