I grew up on South Woodward Drive in Essex, Maryland and now have my own home on South Tayor Avenue. If you take a drive through our community, you will find that there is severe inconsitancy on what intersections do and do not have stop signs. Young drivers as well as more experienced ones fail to obey the speed limit (25mph) as well as stopping where signs are already posted. I personally know of several relatives, and friends that have been a non fault driver of of a vehicle involved in an accident suffering both physical and property dammage. Sussex Elementary School is in this nieghborhood, and cars speed up and down the roads, particularlly Taylor Avenue since there are no stop signs from Virginia Avenue until Riverside Drive. One day a child could loose their life, and at this point, it will be to late to do anything. I feel by having four way stop signs at all intersections throughout our nieghborhood, our children, pets, family and friends would be much safer
