    Comments: I'm on my fifth day of a 7 day week - I've been up since 4am. I'm uinappreciated in my job, I have never once been thanked for the work I do, and I get given a 7 day working week. I'm made to feel guilty if I'm ill, as it causes more work for others apparently. A four day working week will improve the health of worker, motivate them to work harder when they ARE at work, as they have a nice long weekend at the end of it to look forward to. I'd take that over staff discounts anyday.
