Joseph and Martha Foster are an integral part of Tukwila history, myself as well as many Tukwila residences think that we owe them gratitude for helping build the core foundation of the city we live in.
The main road through the Foster Point Neighborhood is 56th Avenue South, it was originally called Foster Avenue. I would like to reinstate the name of the street back to Foster Avenue. The history of our fine city Tukwila, needs to be embraced.
