This particular measure will make it illegal for Foster-parents, Foster Care agencies, medical providers (to include any organization, individual or group which provide psychological, psychiatric or mental wellness services), private or public organization, institution, or company; and/or State, County or Local agency (to include employees, contractors, volunteers, and interns) to profit from or receive any sort of payment due to the prescription of ANY medication, diagnosis of ANY condition, and/or the need of ANY service related to the physical or mental well being of any person under 21 years of age in their care.
