Please help and sign my petition for the courts to drop the habitual charges for a misdemeanor offense. Still suffering from an attackia three years ago that left me for dead caused me amnesia with no memory of events prior to, and has left me very vulnerable for people to take advantage of me allowing me to make very poor decisions. Like with this charge, i tried to return a receipt for a "friend" that was altered. i really don't want to lose the rest of my teenage daughters years at home. i made a mistake, but please don't let them punish my daughters. My lawyer has lead me to believe that there is no way out of this which tells me he has his best interest in hand not mine. i am willing to do what it takes to make things right with safeway, but 12 years is a little extreme. thank you for considering this petition and you will not be only helping me but my girls.
