   Comments: People like this are the reason our youth is struggling. Our youth need positive role models in their lives. It is sad that Highschool today is so tough because of all the bullying that goes on. It is even more sad when the bully is an adult. It is ridiculous to think that we at parents could be aware of this and allow it to continue. Please remove Mr. Germundson of his position and make Williston Highschool a place our children can feel respected and cared for.

    Comments: This kind of behavior is atrocious. As someone who grew up in a loving home but without means, I looked up to my teachers and they influenced me in fundamental ways. Having someone in a leadership role with great influence over youths who are impressionable, and indeed, self-conscious about themselves in many ways, are already facing the pressures of an adult life at an ever increasing younger age, These kids need positive feedback and guidance, not belittlement. This gentleman should not be working with youths. The school board needs to take a stand for what is right and expected of them as a fiduciary to our children's education and this country's future. Considering the situation in which this Vice Principal has put himself (not to mention the School Board and the Superintendent of Schools), he is fortunate a lawsuit hasn't been filed yet taking into account the litigious nature of our society.

    Comments: Ok....I know Germundson pretty well and i know he wouldent have said any of this.....this is a bunch of crap and these stories sound made up....as if a middle schooler came up with them......you should not be trying to get him fired cuz he is one of the coolest teachers we have......

    Comments: It's sounds like this teacher needs to be monitored and if this behavior is true to fact then he should be dismissed and If I was the parent of these children with whom he has made some of these comments to, I would be getting some solid proof with witnesses and all and filing charges against him .
