Comments: I understand the reasons for covenants and why they are put in place. In this case, I think we could spend the Homeowners association money for maybe snow removal instead of attorney fees. Brentridge seems to have put snow-removal as a priority not who parks a van in their driveway. It doesn't diminish my quality of life nor do I stay up nights worrying about it or the other violations you listed. Common sense should prevail. Would I be concerned if commercial vehicles were parked in the neighborhood. Yes, I think Box trucks, semi-trailers etc. would be a problem. However, the van in question has had the advertising covered up and does not present an eyesore. As far as I am concerned the van can stay, the fountains can stay, the basketball goals can stay as well. I think I have spent enough time responding to this petition. I think I will go and do something worthwhile. Anyone want to join me in making a donation to the Red Cross for the Tsunami victims. They don't have to worry about a van, they want to know where their next meal is coming from. Life is too Short.........

Comments: This lawsuit is a petty use of our assoc. dues. We'd prefer funds go to practical needs such as snow removal.

Comments: We have a very overly agressive board that needs to be replaced! I will be more than happy to sign the petition.

Comments: I know I have responded before, but I feel so strongly about the miscarriage of justice being perpetrated against you that I just had to write again. I wanted to encourage you to take this fight to the highest level of government. If you cannot get to the Supreme Court, I think that I might be able to arrange a meeting with some covert CIA operatives within the government. These are very vicious, bad men who may be able to persuade some of the board of directors to change their mind. Please let me know if I may be of assitance. Sorry, I have to go, my invalid mother needs me to spoon feed her and change her diapers......

Comments: Feel free to call me, 250-4810. I will help in anyway. This shows how small and petty people can be and I would prefer not to live next to people who would do this to you and your family. Deidra :-) Ashley, Ali and Lexi's Mom!

Comments: This is a ridiculous waste of time and money. You're right, covenants should be enforced with common sense.

Comments: What are the true concerns of the FH/HOA We are a community..and a neighborhood will consist of peoples from all walks of life..Gender, religious beliefs, occupations..not to mention politics. I have lived in FH since 1998..I've watched this area grow..new faces..personalities..etc..yet, I find it hard to beleive that a new family comes to our neighborhood, and HOA files suit because of his work vehicle parked in his driveway (Not on the street as I've noticed many do)..I drive by this property several times a day...I have no problem with it..My property continues to increase in value..So what are the real intentions of the FH/HOA... Boats, travel trailers sitting everywhere..And for U people that walk your animals and do not pick up after them, SHAME on you...and what about the street signs..Do any of you obey them... And for all you people with those little yellow signs stating children at play in your driveway...come on...The traffic does fly thru here, but if you are that concerned, please keep your children as far away from the streets as possible...Backyards are a good start..and stop looking at everyone that drives by like they should not drive while your children are playing..get out..I could go on and on...as for this lawsuit..It's ridiculous...I would hate to see a family forced to sell their home because someone thinks they are above in status of whatever... So keep in mind, if the FH/HOA pursues this, keep in mind..you will subject yourselves to every kind of unreasonable complaint...when I moved here, Gregg Allen explained to me what the covenent required..I do not remember a comcast being one of them.. And for U people that luv to walk..Please use the sidewalks, OK....I would hate to see someone from Brentridge Estates clobber you while the run the stopsigns thru our neighborhood...

Comments: The association is weak on the right issues and too strong on the wrong issues. Every human has the right to earn a living regardless of another's opinion. You work hard and your company has expectations that must be met. Your vehicle does not bother me, nor did the owner of Baskin Robbins that had to remove his decal. This was just after lightning burned his house to the ground. I hope the board feels better about that decision.

Comments: I thought the whole point of having an HOA was to keep the neighborhood appearance acceptable ,not to pick on people, its getting out of hand!
