Comments: As an owner of a 1970 Mach1 and a 1967 Mercury Comet Cyclone, I am embarrased to admit I work for a dealer after what you are trying to do to our hobby. I also own a 2005 Lincoln LS. and a 2005 F-150. I might have to reconsider my next purchases. Tundra and Lexus are looking better.

Comments: My first new car was a 1993 Calypso Coral 2.3l mustang lx. I knew nothing of mustangs and had only driven GM's and Hondas before that car. Let me tell you, cause I've seen it. It is not the reputaion of Ford motor company that carries Ford forward, it is the reputaion of the MUSTANG! Ever hear of a Chevy guy moving over to Ford because of a FOCUS Nah, not gonna happen. DO you know why the retro designed 06 even exists Elenore, and who built Elenore C.C. But where did they get their parts From your frindly local Ford Dealer Not likely The parts that were not fabricated by C.C themselves, where purchased from an aftermarket mustang parts supplier. Does John Force have his motors Built By FordHmmm. BUt who else would build them And if a company who specializes in aftermarket mustang parts cannot use Mustang in their name, How in the hell are we supposed to find the parts we need you think I want to pay 300%Z mark u on a lousy $50 part from the Ford dealor when I can order it online for $10. Hell no, epspecially not now after this display of selfishness and disregard for the very source of the Success of the name"mustang" Ford didnt make the legend. We did! fuck you Ford. I have owned mithing but Mustangs since that 93 LX, but I doubt I ever will again. YOu just gave every business and customer who is trying to promote and keep alive the MUstang name and lifestyle, a big Fuck you! So in return, you'll never see another cent from my family, unless you come to your senses and realize that you are riding on thin ice as it is, and although you make some money by going after these small businesses using the mustang name, in the long run, you are going to kill the enthusiasm for a lifestyle that has created the demand for your precious SVT department!PLease Get your head out of your bankruptcy scared asses and let us enjoy our hobby and your cars, for they are one in the same!

Comments: All that these companies are doing is help Ford Motor Company sell more Mustang's. Is Ford going to sue Mustang Ok. for infringing on their name. Are they going to try to change the name of the wild mustang ponies as well. They have been around a lot longer the the Ford Mustang. How about the Mustang airplane it has been around a lot longer than the Ford Mustang. I think this stinks.

Comments: of course restoration companies should be allowed to use the word mustang in their business names, after all, they are the reason people still buy mustangs after 30+ years...I personally like having a car with an aftermarket...as do most

Comments: I can't believe FORD would do such a thing when these businesses have only helped people recognize the Mustang and help Ford Sales, I know more people that have bought new Mustangs after they have been introduced to the auto restoration hobby because of the classics. If this goes through I would rather have my 1966 Mustang which I restored when I was 15 sit in my garage and rot then to have it out on the street and have people see it, and I know for sure it will be the last Mustang and Ford that I ever own, and I would like to say that I am one of the people that bought 4 other Mustangs over the years as well as countless Fords.

Comments: Bad PR move on the part of Ford. They are suing companies which are providing free publicity and advertizement. I now really hope ford does go out of business, thereby leaving companies like Mustangs Plus alone.
