69 rachelme and my mother actually had a talk about abortion the other day. personally, if the girl/women is NOT ready for the baby, and it's a mistake then she deserves to have the choice of killing the baby. other then that, women or girls should not be forced into abortions if they do not feel comfortable going through with it. but, personally its a win/lose situation. everybody cant win, and everybody cant lose.

We feel strongly that human life is sacred and should never be taken at any age, that is true civilisation. At the same time, alternatives should be offered in unwanted pregnancies, ie open adoption, scans of unborn baby to mother,total advertising of human value and money put to chosing life options, ie less funding for planned parenting organisations. Education in schools that life is not an option, but a right. Complete and free counselling in favour of human life and always keeping the child alive no matter the cost. That is the standard and as a civilised society we should use that as our standard.

Ray McKendryRight to freedom of choice is part of democracy, but this freedom comes with limitations and we have more responsibility to make sure we do not harm each other than to simply choose what is best for ourselves at any given moment. When a woman chooses to abort her child she harms another and the father and herself even if she or the father are ignorant of the fact. There is absolutely no reason why women should be allowed to be pressured into having and abortion. Almost all abortions are morally wrong. We are responsible to God as well as to one another.

99 AnonymousI believe abortions should be legal and I support a womans decision to do this having had to do it myself however i do not agree in forcing a woman to have an abortion, that is disgusting. Abortion is something that affects you for the rest of your life, and not a day goes by i dont look at my 3 kids and think of what could have been.
