They have no conherant view on what's going on, the technology is crap and old and they are making us lag behind in the broadband world. How can they STILL charge £14 a month for 'phone line rental'? It's a laugh? 'Renting' a line?? What a crock of shite. We deal with them at work unfortunately for our managed network, and they are awful... Can't ANYBODY compete?Flag
