    Comments: BT are just incompetant, top to bottom. They have no conherant view on what's going on, the technology is crap and old and they are making us lag behind in the broadband world. How can they STILL charge £14 a month for 'phone line rental'? It's a laugh? 'Renting' a line?? What a crock of shite. We deal with them at work unfortunately for our managed network, and they are awful... Can't ANYBODY compete?

    Comments: I hate them. My internet was down again last night (me and half the country). I couldn't face ringing the help centre, I've done it too many times and it's always the same story. When my contract ends I will be moving to another provider, although I've done that before and believe me, it's even harder to find someone to cancel your contract than it is to find someone to help you. I don't understand how they continue to get away with it.

    Comments: Takes over a week so far to re connect a broken wire on the wall outside our hose to restore phone line. Still waiting for man with ladder & pliers to join said wire together. Perhaps I should get the window cleaner to do it? At least he calls one a week!
