I have received appalling service from BT. From the amount of blogs and websites dedicated to this topic, I am sure many others feel the same way. I truly want them to realise they are causing such frustration and annoyance - and most importantly I want them to improve their service. With enough signatures, we can approach the UK Telecoms regulator to take official action against BT.
My bill was double. Why. It seems that BT line had a fault and they without asking diverted the service via BT internet phone - something I have never used. Instead of £80 a month bill was £176.00. Also found out that they were charging me £3.50 on my bill every month for this service I never used ( Internet Phone) This is a nasty company
Cannot watch anything, YouTube,btsport(live or replay) if it moves it does not.cannot believe this service,silly b******d me.18 month CONtract.
