We would like to forbid using previous and developing any new version of web browsing application (better say attempt) also known as Internet (not)Explorer. First of all, IE is such a bad application that every developer is spited when MS IE is sorted under title web browser, or even sorted in any kind of application. Second, any other web browsing application (including old text browsers on Unix) is faster more then 20-50times than this abomination of application.
