Changes to the system are way overdue. Poor boy deserved so much better than this.
Sickening. Just absolutely sickening. Lock them up and throw away the key.
Social services failed completely. Someone needs to be held accountable for this total nightmare.
Heartbreaking. Those people dont deserve to ever see the light of day again. Justice for that poor baby.
How did nobody notice what was happening right under their noses? Something has to change right now before another child dies.
