Comments: This and many other cases like this one are all across America - and this and all cases like this one needs to be dispatched directly. This, and every case brought to court should be taken care of to ensure the safety and well-being of the children who were abused, not those who would seek to continue to do harm. There HAS to be a better way. This case and many others that I am sure you are aware of have had incidents much like this and many others - silencing the victims, and opening the gateway not only to further victimization, but also to allowing for the perpetrators the ability to victimize others. It has to Stop. It has to End. Please rectify this situation. Set a precedent.

Comments: Victims should not have to continue to suffer for the crimes aginist them. They should have the right to a speedy disposition and consideration of thier statments reguarding sentencing and or parole as well at the impact the crime has had on thier lives.

Comments: What has happened to this family has happened to NUMEROUS others & it is time we as a nation do something about this. When the perpatrator has more rights than the victim something is wrong, this gives the perpatrator the right to victimize the victim futher! I do not feel this is right! There needs to be VICTIMS RIGHTS!!!!

Comments: I believe this mother's voice should be heard and some laws should be changed. Just because her daughter didnt come forward right away doesnt mean we should not listen to her. she should have more rights than him. he was her father! he was supposed to protect her from all the bad things but instead he was the one that brought the bad things to her. i believe this mother is a strong lady who is just trying to keep her daughter safe. what happened to the way things used to be. we should go back to an eye for an eye, but this mother is not asking for that. she just wants her daughter, and all the other victims in sexual abuse, to feel safe. I think she is doing a great thing here.pass these laws to keeps our kids safe and be a voice for our children so people dont have to take the law into their own hands.Speak up for the children!

Comments: This is just terrible that victims are re-victimized over and over by insensitive legal system. I support your efforts and wish you the best. It is time all Americans stand up fo childen and make our politcians listen. These monsters can not be fixed. They should be locked up and forced to do work that benefits victims. No work, no food, just like the old days.

Comments: my prayers are with you and your daughter, Diana. I also commend you for all you are doing for your daughter and agree whole heartedly in what you are trying to accomplish. This predator should not go unpunished and should not be allowed to be free, when he has caused so much damage to his own daughter. My prayers will be with you'll always!

Comments: Open your hearts, your minds and your ears to whats going on in the world instead of whats going into your bank accounts. Yes we are dealing with a war, but its in another country, we need to deal with the problems in our own country and help our children make this a better and safer place to live because they are the future, it is them that will decide one day how you will be taken care of!
