Matthew is a 21 yr old male that has lived most of his life (15 yrs) with a foster family that is trying to keep him in their family but, Social Services is going to place him in a group home based on his age.  He has disabilities that the family has coped with for all those years and built a loving, stable home for him.  If they are willing to continue his care in an environment that he is happy in.....why would the govt send him to a group home???  Please sign this petition and help change the policy now in place!
