This petition statement is related to case number 3668086008, filed in Collin County, TX. I would like to request subsequent removal of SCRAM unit alcohol monitoring device which has been in place since February of 2011. No alcohol has been detected on the unit during this time interval at this date, November 22, 2011. The financial costs are incurring at a rate of 320.00 month and I am currently on a debt plan to help lower these costs. I have had two batteries since the unit has been placed making it a total time to wear it for 10 months. It is my hope to have it removed immediatley because the costs have incurred exensively and I have had a perfect monitoring record with the device at this date.
