The producers have confirmed that a professional recording of the production is officially moving forward. I appreciate the persistence shown by everyone who participated in this effort. We have achieved our objective and look forward to the final release.

To the Almeida Theatre, Headlong Theatre and Act 4 Entertainment.
The production was already a success. And the best thing is that the musical is truly amazing.
Captivating, fascinating, entertaining, fun and exciting, these are the words to describe it! Let's not forget the talented actors, Matt Smith amazing as Patrick Bateman, the great use of lights and what a dynamic stage!
I'm sure everyone who went to see it want to see it again. And again. And again. And again. Did I mention again? And all the people who couldn't come! Who didn't get tickets! Who live too far away and couldn't pay for a trip to London. I read that many of them want to see it so badly, and they're right : it's SO worth it.
So, it's with just a little bit of hope that I'm starting this petition. Let's make a DVD or watchable online version (like DigitalTheatre did for Much Ado About Nothing with David Tennant) of the musical of American Psycho happen!

I would love this to get to DVD! I live in New York, and unless this makes it to Broadway, I will never have the opportunity to experience one of my favorite actors, play one of my favorite characters, on stage. Please!
From Australia and don't really have the option to fly over there to watch it AND I know it's a sophisticated piece of work so I would love to see how they've gone about it (after having read the book and watched the film)
There are so many people who have missed out and i can ASSURE you if you make a dvd there will be a hell of a load of profit - from fans of the book, film and the actor's fan bases!
I tried so hard to get tickets, but they sold out moments before I was able to get any, and the trip to London was out of my budget; I still would LOVE to see it, and I think a DVD would be a great advertisement for the show.
I am of course a Matt Smith fan but that is not the soul reason that a DVD of the musical would be fantastic, I only found out about this musical a few months ago and would love to see it in its full glory, the story fascinates me and the soundtrack is excellent, owning a copy of this masterpiece would be a real treat!

I had the pleasure of seeing the show twice whilst I was visiting London (it was too brilliant to just see it once!) and I simply cannot be without a copy of it! I want to re-live it over and over again!
