Croats (14.3 %) are the third most populous ethnic group in Bosnia and Herzegowina, right after Bosniaks (48 %) and Serbs (37.1 %). They are one of the constitutent people. The major problem Croats are currently facing is the lack of autonomy. While Serbs have their own entity (Republic of Srpska), Croats share an entity with Bosniaks (Federation of Bosnia-Herzegowina), largely outnumbering them. The nationalist tensions between Bosniaks and Croats slow down the recovery from the devestating Bosnian War. While Serbs and Bosniaks have their own TV station, institutions promoting their culture, language and religious habits, Croats do not have that. There are many more examples showing that Croats face the status of a minority instead of being a constituent people. It is time to make Croats have their own entity within Bosnia and Herzegowina - enabling a healthy environment for all three nations which will lead to a prosperous society that works together instead against each other.
