Here at Geneva College, the food is very good. We believe that the dining hall workers work very hard to make sure we are satisfied. However, we have noticed that there is a lack of fresh food, such as fruits and vegetables. If you want to eat healthy, you are very limited in your options. The unhealthy options seem to far outweigh the healthy ones. It is our belief that eating healthy is part of our responsibility as Christians. Our body is part of the creation, and how we treat our body matters to God. We humbly ask that more fresh produce (locally grown if possible) be offered in Alexander Dining Hall. It would benefit our health and the environment as well as reflect who we are as Christians.
