This petition is on behalf of the family & friends of Freddie Viney. We are asking for leniency in the sentencing of Freddie for a probation violation that occurred more than 15years ago for a nonviolent/nondrug-related conviction. Freddie was a very young man at that time and since that time Freddie has become an adult, a law abiding, tax paying citizen with children of his own.

Freddie has learned from his past mistakes and is ready for this to be finished. So we as a group ask the court for leniency in regard to the sentencing of Freddie, we would like for him to be able to finally come home.
