   Comments: There should be zero tolerance of Racism in our School System at any level - the Student level or the Adult Education level. Therefore, the actions of this teacher should warrant further investigation and if the matter is verifiable, then his dismissal should be the consider discipline.

    Comments: I belief in redemption. Firing him and losing his license will make him more intolerate. I belief that he should remain in the school to tudor student. He should be removed from class but allow to help students especially minirority students improve grads. A close relationship with minority student might make this man be a better person. I do not want him to be a classroom teacher for a while.
