To Whom it may concern I ANGELO RENDER will like to petition the Juvenile Court for custody of my two girls Aunodia Render and Destiny Render. I think it would be in there best interest to reside with me at my home in Lagrange Ga. On November 19,2012 my girls went into Coweta County Dfacs custody due to failure of there mother not following two case plans. On December 19,2012 the judge granted that the kids reside in Lagrange Ga, with me until there mother complete her case plan. On December 19,2012 after leaving court me and my wife Ashley Render had a conference with the Dfacs worker Jamila Gilcrest and my two girls Aunodia and Destiny. At the meeting Aunodia stated to us that she had been sexual assaulted by her cousin. Ms. Gilcrest then stated that a investigation would be held about the statement Aunodia discuss. My wife Ashley Render took Aunodia to the Doctor at Lagrange Pediatrics on March 14,2013. on that visit the Doctor stated to my wife that Aunodia had a STD called HPV. The Doctor office informed the Troup County Dfacs on the situation. Then on March 19,2013 the Coweta County Dfacs came back and picked the girls up with No explaination on Why.. Since the girls been with me they have had Supervision,grades improved and a loving Family. Please understand my plea I have no money for a lawyer,but if you Bless me with the Custody of my kids i would do more then my best. Please note that i have my kids legitmized.And i have a bond with my kids. i filed this petition my self im not a Attorney but for my kids i will try to be one.. if your reading this petition please understand my plea.
