The first independent Artisan bakery in Holborn in 50 years is under threat by a misguided and irrational campaign of opposition by one vocal minority. Our desire is to wind back the clock to a time when baking actually takes place on the premises. We also believe in creating an inviting location where people can come in to eat from early morning until the evening, with the option of interesting ciders from Devon or a organic wine if they choose.
