    Comments: I am in desperate need of a very cheap spay neuter clinic. My neighbor just lets her cats. as early as four months old to contiue to get pregnant. I feed these cats on a daily basis because she want. If I could find a clinic this cheap and the date I would capture all of the cats and have them spayed or neutered. PLEASE HELP!

    Comments: How can you charge your tenants a pet deposit as well as an additional $10.00 a month and NOT treat your grounds or apts for fleas The dogs and cats that you charge extra for are paid tenants just like their owners and deserve to be treated with respect. Do you spend the extra $$$ on yourself Do whats right and hire someone to get rid of the fleas especially since you need to consider the fact that humans can be allergic to flea bites as well as animals can----the difference between the two A human tenant could possibly sue you for not safe guarding their health!
