    Comments: Any responsible landlord(such as myself) would willing pay an exterminator to control any pest problems. He must remember, the fleas can be dangerous to his human tenants as well. I am a proud pet owner so all of my properties are treated for this problem regardless of a visable issue or not.

    Comments: come on...you would make sure the kids were taken care of. and they don't have to pay extra to live here. all in all it helps everyone as fleas can get into the apts and clothes for everyone to have problems with.
