I live in Foxcroft apartments where management refuses to do anything about the flea problems, which get pretty serious during the summer. For each animal living in the complex, the owner has to pay ten dollars each month on top of their initial pet deposit. This pet rent does nothing for the pets, and many of them are severely allergic to fleas. Please help our pets! We need the fleas to be controlled on the grounds.

I am a pet owner who is worried about the welfare of my pets as well as that of the other animals in our neighborhood. Fleas can become a serious problem for all pets and their owners, and I believe that no matter where a person lives, if the property is rented, that the landlord is responsible for all needs, including those of the animals.
