Comments: utterly disgraceful that the company are using the currennt economic climate to deny its employees a pay rise with no proper explanation etc will the top bosses forgoe a pay rise i very much doubt it,!!!!!! we are penalised for incidents of lateness etc when not our fault put on pips monitored within an inch of our lives so morale is very low to start off with ...so this is just the last straw. Top Management have no conception of how the rank and file ordinary Fujitsu employee feels ....no do i think they actually care

Comments: It appears that Fujitsu are trying to cash in on the pay freezes announced by those organisations who opted for Government loans as a solution to going bankrupt. I dont belive that the company can not afford a pay award to staff who have contributed so much and given so little

Comments: I am totally disappointed in the fact that no pay increase is forthcoming. There is no incentive to work hard as no rewards are ever given. This will demoralise people even more which is not a good way forward.

Comments: Does the company not realise that the prices of food, petrol, clothing, gas & electric, and other necessary items are on the up and not being frozen like our income. By freezing our pay after the global email from Richard Christou in February telling us that the companies financial results for the third quarter were stong, we are being told exactly who matters to the company - AND IT IS NOT US.

Comments: This will affect the pensions very much as loosing a rise at this point after years of below inflation rises will the final straw! This will apply to all those coming upto retirement.

Comments: After last year when pay increases, for the majority, matched inflation at best, plus the absence of bonuses following the withdrawal from the NHS contract, I (and probably many others) was counting on this years pay round for a degree of “catch-up”. I appreciate the economic climate is not good, but no pay increase, while living costs (especially energy & food) continue to rise, is not acceptable, especially when company briefings tell us that we continue to perform well and better than nearly all our competitors.

Comments: I think the pay freeze is unfair due to the current climate and we should benifit from a wage increase to cope with the rise in food and living costs. We currently are on -2K to 3K below industry standard for the roles will fill on our desk for second line support. Fujitsu should pay attention and offer a competitive package to its employees.

Comments: Another year that I will fail to increase my earnings, along with a pension that is shrinking year on year at a greater pace. We will all be tasked with meeting some management goal with a promise of riches in the future.Problem is they have used up all the goodwill now and we just dont want to be used like this anymore.
