    Comments: I am severely disappointed about the announcement via email from Fujitsu about the pay award on April 1st being revoked. If they had actually announced it on Apri 1st, it would not be more unbelievable. They are jumping on the bandwaggon. What does sending money to Tokyo mean as well

    Comments: I bent over backwards last year worked large amounts of over time with no extra pay jumped through all course that I was told to go on and spent a great deal of time on appraisals all for want. My general bills are increasing i.e. food, rates, water rates etc. I have had a under inflation pay rise for the last four years and in my view they do not care and they are hoping that staff leave. I will be working my hours in the future.

    Comments: A pay freeze is a pay cut for most people. Coming as this does after years of below-inflation pay increases even when the company was doing well, and with absolutely no justification, this is an insult to the workforce.
