On July 31st 2013 Riot Games released Patch 3.10 which further nerfed Twisted Fate (just like patch 3.8 and 3.9 but now an even bigger nerf). From a 10 Second TOTAL time that Twisted Fate had to Pick and Use the card it was changed to 6 Seconds to pick a card and 4 seconds to use it. NOW, like we all know, TF is a champion whose gameplay is that of an assassin who ganks by using his ult and yellow card to kill champions in other lanes. If we calculate the time needed for TF to use Destiny and then teleport with Gate, it is 4+ seconds, which means you can no more play TF and kill people by ganking with your ult. Right now, TF is barely playable. From a VERY hard champion, into an impossible one. My point is, if Riot reverts the nerf on Pick a Card OR changes the times with each other (4 to pick a card and 6 to use), it would make TF viable again.
